I took my Father in law to the VA because he had fallen. He was in a lot of pain. We were in the Triage/waiting room for 8 hours. Every one that was in the waiting had about the same 8 hour wait. Once we got back to a room in the Emergency room everyone was great. I know you don't want to rush when you are with a patient but I think having everyone waiting for 8 hours is way too long.
Watching the news telling me that Memphis VA is one of the worst places. Bull . I've had bad experiences with regular Dr's also. It's the primary Dr that is the quack
They take good care of Harold there.Well some of the doctors an staff do.But some r rude an have a bad bed side manner.I don't like the way they make a patent wait for 5 or 6 hours before being seen.sometimes the wait is longer.well the over all review from me is it's ok.They can improve in some areas especially in manners.An the long waits could be an need to be improved on.Some workers there go out of their way to help an that is great.An they are so kind to.Their the ones that make it worth going to the VA.Oh an they need... read more
Really people , parking is nonexistent...then one says they have carts to pick you up...i seen dozens of veterans having to walk from the back parking lot, while waiting on my father...oh i was there over 2 hours, know what I did and did not see....it will always be in my mind of those individuals struggling to walk...
Thank you every one for a awesome experience with my gallbladder surgery today. All the staff we're very nice and friendly. The whole ordeal was about as smooth as anyone could hope for. The doctors we're professional and friendly. The weather was tough for everyone and it didn't affect them at all. Again I would like to say thank you and may God bless you all.
