Not customer friendly had to walk a long way to get into ER
We have been going in an out of the VA for over a year now,the staff have been courteous , sometimes you have to wait but that's normal in some places,I went to the Florida VA with my dad year ago,I couldn't ask anyone else for the help I got from them,they provided everything for him an me to get by with his illness .Thank you...
I have been going to he VA Memphis for a number of years. I have had my complaints; but the Staff at the Liver Clinic is the best in the VA system. Dr. Bradord Waters is the number one Liver Specialist in the State. I have gone outside the system only to find that other Liver Specialist tell me, " I can do no better than Dr.Bradford Waters. at the VA Memphis" He is the best; and the VA Memphis is fortunate to have this Doctor/Navy Veteran on its staff. I know I am fortunate to be his patient
My uncle has been in micu for over three weeks , and the nurses , two in particular are so rude. They act as if we shouldn't ask for updates , and Some thing happened I think his line came out and he was in so much pain to where he was literally shaking and screaming crying , and the nurse over him said wait 30 min and it should stop . ... wouldn't even check to see if he was alright. I agree. These veterans gave so much to receive so little. Do better. Oh and we was asking the nurse questions and an she wouldn't even answer... read more

Liked the care I received. Hate the parking situation. Disabled Veterans deserve a more convenient way to get to the building.
Had a good experience today with memphis va. Wait time about 15 minutes before see my doctor.
I went at 9pm on a Friday night. I walked the halls for 15 min before I saw another person!
