Melt owe me over £600 from my unreturned tenancy deposit - despite vacating the property and settling all outstanding bills related to it almost 3 years ago! Richard Key my property manager in charge of my tenancy and deposit scheme, who badgered me persistently about bill payments claims theyve gone into liquidation, and refuses to be of any assistance in return - claims its up to the deposit scheme company they outsourced - whom ive called and claim they dont have the money! i havent been able to make any contact with melt... read more
