I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. My first implant was installed at an angle so that the upper teeth are not hitting the implant from directly above. I was never shown the X-ray until years later by another dentist. This dentist now indicated that this implant is doomed to failure since it is being struck from above at an angle. Kind of like hitting a bent nail. It can only get worse. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well

Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
