Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

I had a great experience at Melrose Wakefield Oral Surgery. My lower wisdom tooth was infected, so I had it extracted. It was so simple and pain free! Dr Gordon was great, and so were all of the staff. I highly recommend!

I was disappointed with their staff and doctor. The whole place was run like an insurance billing factory. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone who could provide a bit more personal treatment. Also, billing was egregious and deceptive. They told me that the sum for excising a mucocele (almost $3500!) would also cover the required pathology for making sure it wasn't something else (scare tactics) and lo and behold, I get a bill from the pathol... read more
