I have been fairly happy with MWOS but I have a couple of insurance questions that have gone unanswered for a while. I've called numerous times and always get a message to leave a message. I left one a week ago and still have not received a call back to answer a couple of basic questions. I know they have plenty of office help but nobody seems to be able to answer a phone. On a positive note, I was very impressed with Dr. Gordon!

The front desk staff, Erica has no patience to answer billing questions. I am not sure if she knows the answers or just too busy to answer my questions seeing that my estimated co pay is $1,600. She asked if I was to stay with my daughter in the waiting room or what number could I be reached for them to call me because no one is allowed in the room with her.
