What use is a Dr’s surgery that is never open. Tower Hill now don’t allow you to order prescriptions in the chemist. Everything has to be done via the app- I’m quite tech savvy-yet it just keeps sending you in circles. 5-10 day wait for a prescription. Absolutely appalling “service” if I want moving house I’d just change surgeries
