Melissa and her team are so hard working and very professional. Kept me updated with the sale of my late father’s house. Melissa and her team took all the stress out of dealing with solicitors, having never sold a house before I was clueless but I felt that they had my interests as top of their agenda. Well done definitely recommend you and your team to people looking to buy or sell property.
I cannot recommend Melissa Berry, Prestwich highly enough. For TWO YEARS (on and off) several different estate agents took on my house and either got the price wrong or didn't know the local market at all. It took Shauna and Geraldine TWO WEEKS to get a sale which went through and I'm now very happily relocated. Disgusting service !!! Sales team only interested in a sale . False information. No feedback. Not to mention they do not return or pick up your call. Left out of pocket and out of mind !!! stay clear of this mickey mouse firm.
Melissa berry were amazing. We decided to sell because we’d seen a house they were marketing. In the end we didn’t go with the house, but still sold. Shauna gave the the most accurate valuation. Normie had undervalued by £20k and the valuer was dismissive. We sold our house in 10 days for the correct valuation by Shauna. Geraldine and the rest of the office have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend.
Melissa, Geraldine and Shauna were all extremely helpful and supportive with my move. Everytime I needed to arrange another viewing for the property I bought with them, Geraldine and Melissa always managed to slot me in their busy diaries, within a few days to visit the property. I must have met both Geraldine and Melissa, 2 times each lol and Shauna was extremely helpful regarding a particular issue which she managed to quickly resolve within a new hours.
