I had a great experience working with Mel for my photoshoot. From the very beginning, he clearly explained the set-up and how the shoot was going to run, which immediately put me at ease. His professionalism and friendly approach made me feel comfortable straight away, and he created such a relaxed environment that I was able to settle into the shoot very quickly. I had a wonderful shoot with Mel at Saracen House Studios in January and could not recommend him highly enough! Mel is amazing to work with, highly professional, skilled and very easy going and relaxing. His knowledge and skill level are apparent throughout the shoot and he’s able to assist with posing well so you can relax knowing you’re in good hands and will receive wonderful images. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience with Mel Pettit Photography. A friend and I booked a session to have new performer's headshots taken, and the whole process was excellent. Booking the session was easy, and the session itself was a lovely experience. Mel is friendly, professional, and obviously very experienced. He made us both feel very comfortable and confident being in front of the camera, advised on outfits, looks, and poses, and made sure to continually show us the images along the way. I was super nervous about getting my headshots but Mel was FABULOUS! Within a minute Infront of the camera I felt confident in myself and in Mel. He made the whole experience so enjoyable and time FLEW! I'm over the moon with her results of the pictures! Mel captured so many great ones and even helped me achieve a "look" I was going for, it was really hard to narrow them down to my favourites! I would recommend Mel to anyone looking to get headshots. I'm obsessed with them!
