This company is a joke!!I was told 6 months ago that I could cancel my service when my contract was up in February. I wrote my letter to the corporate office asking to cancel my service. I realize it's probably pointless to leave a review because most all trash service companies are horrible... but right now I need to vent because it literally sickens me to have pay my quarterly **** for trash pick-up that happens MAYBE once a month. In four months-time, my trash has MAYBE been picked-up 5 times. If I had a choice to use another crappy trash company, I would... but I don't. Republic Services missed a recycle pickup on Monday. I called and they said they would pickup on Tuesday. On Tuesday I called and they said they would pick up on Wednesday. On Wednesday I called and they said they would pick up on Thursday. On Thursday I called and they said they would pickup on Friday. On Friday I called and they said they would pickup on Monday. Im beginning to think they might be blowing me off. Also asked for supervisor to call me on Tuesday. Still waiting.

TERRIBLE! No one answers the phone. Chats are automated and do not resolve the problems. Emails are not responded to. We are a residential customer. We have received an automated phone call for the last 3 weeks that due to circumstances out of their control, our trash service will not happen this week. We have not had trash service pick up for now a MONTH. This is ridiculous. There MUST be some sort of solution here. Missed service for 3 weeks and they never follow up with your complain. Called numerous times because they failed to deliver a new trash Bin and recycle bin for 3 weeks and said they escalated the case but nothing was done. Such a poor service.

They missed a Christmas tree pickup twice and then still charged us after saying they'd refund us.My wife and I have spent hours on the phone trying to schedule, reschedule, and now get our money back for a botched Christmas tree pickup.1st call - they said they'd pickup the tree in January, just leave the tree outside 2nd call - after they missed the window, we called back and asked them to pick it up 3rd call - the tree was outside for over a month now and never got picked up, so we rescheduled for the second time and they... read more

Republic is THE WORST! Do yourself a favor & use any other garbage pick-up service than them. They're not dependable & have thee worst customer service representatives. They absolutely, positively ****.

Was told delivery fees would be waived a few times before setting up my account once I set up my account and I get my first ****. Both delivery fees were on my ****. I was told my whole first **** would be the remaining balance from *****. So alittle under $25 for my first quarter. Sounds great. But I get my first **** and its over $200. I have paid for trash pick up from 1/1-3/31. The trash has not been picked since 1/5 due to weight limit sign posted after the first week of January. Republic sent a text message stating they will not be doing pick up until the posting is lifted. Republic Services refunded $20 but is now refusing to refund anymore of the missed pickups. Each call I have I been told various reasons why they will not refund my money.
