I have been contacting republic services for on going issues with my trash pickup and wrong billing no one has called me back out of the 30 times ive called. I need someone to call and resolve this issue.

I'd do a zero rating if it was possible for this company. First, their rates are ridiculous and just continue to climb. Our household goes through very little trash, maybe a kitchen sized bag a week, yet we get charged as if we were filling up that 96 gallon container. I inquired about every other week pickup and was told it is not offered. We do fill up the recycle bin, which is picked up every other week. Paid for trash services in February, was told I would have a trash bin the following week and never received it. I've called and emailed multiple times, just for them to tell me someone will be contacting me and they never do. This company is ridiculous. I understand things happen, but they can't even give me an explanation. Im at risk of losing my home because I have nowhere to put my trash. Ive used Republic for 5 years and **** has more than doubled! When I called to cancel, I was questioned about which other service I was going with and what I was paying-unbelievable!! And theyre charging me $60 to pick up the containers. Robbery!

Republic Services is running a scam. I pay in advance to have weekly pickup of trash container. Every other month they skip picking up my trash on Monday. Then when I call the customer service rep says they will pick it ** in the next 2 days, but this never happens. So I call back on Wednesday and I am told the same lie, except this time they say they are going to escalate to division. I have a single family residence with 2 - 96 gallon containers, 1 trash and 1 recycle. Republic picks up weekly and bills quarterly. My most recent invoice was for $508.15 for the quarter April - June 2022. My **** was about $360 one year ago and I thought that was too high. I checked other pricing on-line and found that I was paying at least double the price from competitors of Republic. I phone customer service and asked if this was a mistake. Do not pay these people for trash service!! Youre **** will slowly go up and your service will go down. Havent pick mine up in 3 or 4 weeks now, they all start running together when this happens so often. Best part is I was told they cant refund me any money. ************* look elsewhere or be sorry

Republic services is literally the worst refuse company I have ever dealt with. They have skipped our roads trash pickup for the last 4 weeks. All of the residents on our road have trash piled at the end of their drive waysbut you better believe that Republic Services had NO issue with charging me for services for March-May. Havent seen them one time in March. Stay far away from this business as they literally do not care about their customers. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

This company is a joke. I have had them for 5 years and I constantly have to call them for pick **** I asked to have a smaller garbage can and I had paid my **** in February ($105.68) for the 3 month service. They came and removed my garbage can and was supposed to return another one the same day. They took both my recycling and trash and never brought the correct garbage can. So I called again.
