Kyle was incredible at understanding me as well as what's important for my recovery since my injury. Since seeing him I enjoy exercising again and feel pain-free. He is so knowledgeable about the body and was able to not only explain but show me what I needed to work on which helped motivate me to do the exercises in between sessions. Thanks Kyle!
