Megan was quick to reply when I first got in touch which I appreciated greatly, as I was very short on time and needed some important paperwork done. Megan actually went above and beyond in my case, meeting me on a Saturday morning after an amendment was requested by my agent in Japan. I can't recommend her highly enough, she really cares about the service she provides.
Not experienced. Ive just had a wasted trip to the embassy as my document was notarised incorrectly. She didnt even try to correct the issue so i have to go to another notary tomorrow and start the whole process again.
