Reception is always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Any appointments I’ve had have been nothing but pleasant. Easy to make appointments in good time. No complaint. Lovely staff.
after transferring here from another dr surgery in the area, I have received amazing service. The staff are all so friendly and good at their jobs and the different Drs we have seen always take the time and we never feel rushed. We have never struggled to get an appointment and everything is done in a timely manner. 5* from me every day!
Frustrating to see most negative reviews are solely based on making appointments. Having been at many practices over the last few years I can safely say this is in no way a reflection on the practice itself, everywhere is having the same problems and it shouldn't be the practices we aim our frustrations at. Always get great care and attention from all the staff here , well done
Incredibly difficult to get appointments. Found myself on average 30 minutes in a queue to be told all appointments are gone. This is a frequent occurrence sadly and shows no signs of improvement.
