RecommendedEveryone was so nice! Everything is so strange lately with the quarantine and it was very uncomfortable at first leaving my sweet little guy with strangers, but they handled everything so very well. I hope I never have to go there again, but if I do I know we will be in good hands.

RecommendedThey were great, kept me up to date every hour. Their time estimation was exact. I thought it was going to cost a fortune and it was very reasonable considering the time
RecommendedJust want to send out a special Thank you to Dr. Fulton and Dr. Dudley and all of the vet techs that were responsible for Jazzy’s care. She is doing great and currently loving all the personal attention during quarantine 💗
RecommendedI had to bring my very sick kitten to be seen earlier this week. Everyone from the various receptionists I spoke with, to the technician who literally ran her inside to be seen immediately, and Dr. Symmonds who examined our kitten were so kind, caring, and thorough. I've had several visits to this ER for various pets over the years. Every time the staff has always been excellent, but this time I felt they all went above and beyond. Thank you for being available and for doing what you do. Highly recommended.
They should not mislead people. They knew my dog wasn't going to survive the MRI they really should have told me that instead of letting me spend almost 4 grand just so he could die in my arms on the way home and not get to spend the last night of his life at our house around the people who loved him. We were prepared for the worst but them giving us false hope made this terrible situation way more horrible! Due to my experience I do not recommend this place for anyone!
