My dog went their for surgery on his leg. They told me to have him there at 9:30 a.m. My dog was in the crate all day and they never took him out. He went all over himself never took him out to pee and then kept him in a crate until 7 at night. They did the surgery and it didn’t go well and now I don’t have my sweet boy. My dog had major surgery and they sent him home the same night in so much pain that it was heart crushing. They destroyed my dog and my life. Think twice before you take your precious pet their. Recommendedwas a little worried going during Covid- but MedVet did a great job and kept me well informed even though I had to wait in the car. very appreciative.
RecommendedI was blown away with the service and care of VCC. my dog was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on May 12, was finally seen by another vet for xrays and consult June 1 and we decided to go with stereotactic radiation and was referred to VCC. I was on the phone with Dr. Ware that Thursday and my girl was in for a CT scan Monday! they also held a couple appts for radiation ahead of time to make sure she could get in ASAP. I have loved my experience with them and you can't go wrong with their care.

RecommendedWe recently took our Rottweiler there for TPLO surgery (both legs) and the staff have been AMAZING. As a first-time dog owner I have been nothing but a ball of nerves and tears upon hearing our dog's diagnosis. The staff and Dr. Benjamino have been extremely calm and patient as they explained the recovery process and erasing any fears I have. Extremely pleased of their passion for my Rottie's health.
