It is an emergency vet yet while we drove our dog there in the middle of a seizure, they wouldn’t let us inside. You have to call and answer questions for 10 minutes. We sat in the parking lot waiting for 4 hours before someone called to say the doctor would just now look at the dog!!!! Then wanted $450 to start bloodwork (CBC). If you weren’t going to see my dog right away we would have drove somewhere else. Bottom line, they did nothing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! My cousin brought her dog here to receive treatment. They updated her over the phone, implying he was doing great and getting better every day. Then 5 days later she went to pick him up. They wouldn’t even let her see him until she paid the full amount of over $5,000. When she paid them over the phone they WHEELED HIM OUT ON A GURNEY! I was stressing out after reading all of them while on my way to take my cat who was fading quickly due to kidney failure and they were the ONLY ones open who could take him. First off communication was great! They didn’t rush me on the phone and they answered my questions and they kept me up-to-date and in the loop! Did it take time to know what was going on, yes! They are in the hospital. They are busy and they were dealing with multiple cases that are time sensitive. We a... read more

RecommendedThey did a quick diagnosis and provided my dog the best service that helped my dog to sleep finally. My dog had fluid in her lung and her heart failed to function properly, when we felt desperate, they provided us the hope for our dog. Thank you, MedVet!
