There are no words to describe the sense of peace and security that the staff here make you feel when you're having the worst moments of your life. The quality of care is off-the-charts! I don't know which helped more. The level of compassion, or the knowledge and sincere caring about animals. I highly recommend this place and the people that are a part of it. If they treated humans, these would be my doctors and this would be my hospital.
Way too expensive when people are down and out in regards to their animals. Feel like they worry more about the money than the animals and they are suppose to be animal lovers. They lack compassion in my opinion.
Went at 2 am with my pup who was vomiting a lot. Everyone was so nice! They got straight to work and found the problem. A surgeon was called in and by 6:30 am he was recovering. Thank you so much to the doctors and all the staff at MedVet!
The staff was very efficient and friendly. When I had to put my 8year old Beagle down, they were very kind and sympathetic. The Doctor asked if I wanted to stay in room while they put her to sleep or leave. They let me say goodbye as long as I needed.
Thank you to all the Med Vet staff who assisted in Toulouse’s journey to PU surgery. I am thankful for all of your attentiveness, professionalism and empathy. I wish the very best for every single one of y’all. I am forever grateful. Thank you!
The entire staff is super friendly, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. If you want the best for your fur family members, and are patient, this is the place to go. Excellent group of people.
