I was referred by my vet because my dog needed immediate surgery or he was going to die. He told me it would be some money but there was a thing called care credit. I wasn’t really bothered by that. He got in they examined him and called me. It was going to be 4500. Ok still not bad but when you tell me I have 6 months to pay it off or it has a 28% intrest rate after that. That is 700$ a month. Everything! Homer was whining since last night! Took him in this afternoon to see what’s going on! Dr Palimsano & staff took such wonderful care of him. Dr Lang did spine surgery about 2 weeks ago & everything was amazing! Anjela kept me informed & sent pics of Homer while he was in ICU....Dr Lang called before she went into surgery & of course after! ❤️

Had to bring our 4 yr old Boston in on Memorial Day evening as emergency for swallowing cooked chicken bone. Due to Corona we had to follow special procedures but they made sure we were updated as they diagnosed him. Every phone call in my panic state was answered with sincere kindness that anyone should expect and experience. Thanks to the staff and Brigitte McAtee for taking such great care of our boy.
Where do I begin? The employees that work here are incredible, they took such great care of my Sophia. from the time I arrived till Sophia was released they work ethnics and their love for pets was felt by myself. i called numerous times, and every call was answered pleasantly and professionally. Hickory Knoll recommended Medvet and I highly recommend Medvet. thank you thank you thank you for caring for my Sophia.
