They are NOT a 24/7 facility. They may be open but if you take your pet in on a Sunday it will be forced to wait until Monday morning for proper treatment. Our dog is paralyzed because they waited to perform an emergency surgery. Our dog had IVDD. Every website or research we have looked at states the first 24 hours is critical for a good outcome. RecommendedThis place is just pure amazing. We thought we were going to lose our little buddy. But found this place and drove through the night to get him there. Best decision I have ever made. We took our 1 year old Bully in yesterday whom was knocking on deaths door but we werent sure why 💔 MEDVET took excellent care of our boy and got him back feeling alot better ❤️ I dont think i could thank them enough for what they done! Thank you guys sssoooo much from The Stewarts ❤️

I have experience with Medvet from both the Emergency services and clinic services (internal medicine and dermatology), and I have nothing but praise for how my dog has been cared for. In the emergency situation, Dr. Mannino kept us informed and carefully explained the procedures they were doing and why they were doing them. My dog’s dermatologist, Dr. Fulham, and her colleague Kristin are always available for calls/texts, even after- hours and weekends. All these people want is money. Me and my family ended up having to drive 4-5 hours for our dog who we decided we had to put down due to the condition that she was in. my mom spoke to the doctor on the phone and made an agreement to have me and my niece go in to say goodbye to our dog and then we switch it out to my sister and my mom to say goodbye and be there for her while they put her down since there was only two people allowed at a time. We were told it wasn’t looking good for our dog, so the family and I decided it was best to end her suffering and put her down. So my brother brought her to the hospital since we weren’t home yet. There were 4 of us coming back from my birthday trip to put her down. We were not happy with the service or care our animal received. We received a quote for care and when we gave them out credit card number, the charges were much more that the price quote. if your going to give customers a quote for services, you need to honor that amount, not jack up the price, once you have someone's CC number.
