Don't take your sick animal here. They are too busy making money to care about your beloved pet. They will put your pet down in two seconds after they at least get 1000$ out of your visit. Awful place.
RecommendedThis place truly provides compassionate and courteous care. My cat Jeffy was so sick and the wonderful vets and technicians did everything they could. Unfortunately Jeff was just too sick. They made my sweet Jeff comfortable during his last days. I find peace knowing that my sweet Jeff was in their care during his final moments.
RecommendedI brought my dog in Sunday morning for an ongoing issue that had gotten worse since her appointment the day before at our regular vet. Everyone was so kind & helpful, I was already impressed at how thorough Dr. Soula was with us but this morning when I called our regular vet & found out that the records from our ER visit had already been sent I was just blown away. Erica at medvet felt obligated after 6k was spent on saving my dogs life and when we had to take him to the ER adding another 1800, to say, “if I were you I would’ve euthanized my dog” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? WHO SAYS THIS TO ANYONE WHO IS CARING FOR THEIR ANIMAL AND WORRIED WHILE THEY ARE BEING CARED FOR THERE AT THAT MOMENT IN THE ER! I have never dealt with such a rude, unprofessional, horrible person! We brought our small dog in yesterday for an emergency surgery. She had been in a fight with our other dog, and he ripped open her side and had exposed her muscled under the skin from the base of her armpit all the way up and under her neck. We showed up at 130, and all the way up until 5PM, she still hadn't been taken care of. They only had given her pain medication. Her wound was still dirty, and they had only put a gel and wrapped her up. We ended up having to take her to a different hospital because when i called for an ... read more
