Two weeks ago I lost my sweet cat Beau. I would like to take a moment to personally thank Ann, Betsy, Christine, Terry, Tracey, Jeanne, and Lauren for the thoughtful and sweet card of condolences. I would also like to thank the doctors who tried to help Beau.
Dr Peters and staff were wonderful caring for our 11yo Maltese Laci who was in a lot of pain and had ventral slot surgery. I only wish MY neurologist was as kind and patient as Dr Peters. The staff never made us feel like we were bothering them, even when we called late one evening and asked if they could take a picture and send it to us because we were missing her so much. Absolutely AMAZING place! They truly care about your pet! The line of communication is great, everyone is so friendly, the place is clean and an all around great experience! I highly recommend!
Dr. Arcenaux is the best! This place and the staff rocks. They gave us 5 more wonderful months with our baby. And when the time finally came their compassion was insurmountable. Thank you again!
Love love love this hospital! Our pitmix, Leela, had surgery Monday to remove something blocking her intestines. Dr. Lang and everyone that I've had contact with have all been amazing (and have calmed my anxiety)! Leela is recovering now and doing well. I'm so glad that we chose MedVet New Orleans!
