Absolutely amazing!!!!! So thankful for the entire staff! My baby Porkchop had to have back surgery the day I brought him in to the hospital and they thoroughly explained everything and what to expect. I'm an hour away and couldn't visit so I called several times a day and they were always patient with me and answered all questions. He is already able to walk even though I don't let him. But the point is they did amazing and took away all his pain! Will recommend this facility to everyone!!!
I'd like to thank Dr. Sarah Lyles for taking care of Daisy today. Thank goodness that her regular vet referred us to MedVet when they spotted a mass on her spleen. After five days of crying, searching the internet for every canine cancer site, I was an emotional wreck. We thought she would need surgery and if malignant, chemotherapy. Dr. Lyles has a wonderful bedside manner and soft disposition. After doing the ultrasound, found that the spleen was folded and surgery wasn't necessary after all. We had a great experience at MedVet New Orleans. Our pup was evaluated by Dr Ralph and Dr Arceneaux. Both doctors were extremely thorough and compassionate. They both took the time to make sure we were fully educated about his condition.
