The visit was excellent. As I walked in the door, the receptionist was very welcoming and the wait to see the doctor was brief. I can’t remember her name, but the doctor was wonderful. She was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to assess and explain my diagnosis. Initially I planned to go to the hospital, but am glad I chose MedStar instead. I was treated with care, and should the need arise, I will return to MedStar in the future.

All of the staff here were super friendly. The NP who saw me, Ms. Caffrey, was so kind and validated what I was feeling. She went above and beyond to gain my trust, make me feel comfortable, and create a treatment plan. I am so grateful that I was put into her care today. She is truly making a difference for her patients.
