We too are awaiting an installation - expected here this morning, again we can't contact anyone. Tom Gregg - did you get a reslolution? Still no reply - please be very cautious
We have been unable to contact Sarah/Andy by phone and have had no response to emails regarding the job that we have paid a deposit for as well.
Andrew has just installed an oak and glass staircase for us. From the outset, he was professional and efficient. His price was fair. The staircase is fantastic!! The oak and glass look absolutely beautiful and are certainly high quality. Andrew’s skills and workmanship are impressive! Everything is finished to a really high standard. We are delighted and are so glad we found him!! I would recommend him without hesitation.
Andy and his lad have just installed a new oak/glass staircase for us in 2 days. Great craftsman and really happy. Photo after day 1 with temp wood supports. Day 2 was final touches and trims.
Andy made the impossible possible creating a beautiful staircase in a restricted space . A professional job carried out in a pleasant personable manner.
