Terrible experience here. I went to have a swab taken of my dogs ear. They closed without any notice and charged me for the “consultation” which didn’t even result in the swab samples because they cancelled that. For months I requested a break down of what the “consultation” fee encompasses and never received a clear answer or breakdown.
