I had the worst experience ever in that practice. I took my dog to clean her teeth. After few hours I received a phone call from them saying that they will need to remove 6 teeth. I didn't agree and the receptionist apparently run to the vet to tell him my answer. She came back on the phone telling me that they have done it already. I was very angry. I have 2 rescue cats that have routine visits. I have found the practice to be helpful, pleasant, extremely kind and caring towards the fur babies who are 12 years young 😁🤗😺😸. Always great with advice and go the xtra mile 👍🏾
