When Dr. Meenu Singh explained the Tdap and flu vaccines to me, it really struck a chord. She took her time, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. And during the early pregnancy ultrasound, she was so calm and reassuring. The whole vibe at MediServe felt warm and organized, like they really care. The clean washrooms and organized space made it easier to relax. It’s nice to find a place where you don't feel judged, just listened to. Left the clinic feeling relieved and a bit lighter about everything.
Had some issues with genital infections that were bothering me for weeks. Dr. Meenu Singh took time to explain what was happening without making me feel embarrassed about it. The staff here doesn't make you wait forever which was nice. She didn't rush into prescribing anything right away and actually listened to my concerns.
