Terriable service! Damaged my skirting board whilst fitting the carpet. Then has the audacity to say skirting board are old when it was fitted brand new! Once the rooms were completed I waited 3 hours for the passage carpet to come as the measurment was completely wrong. Utter nonsense! 1 elderly fitter and his apprentice came didnt have a clue what to do and sat there chewing paan. 5 hours to put carpet in 3 rooms n passage is a Joke! Amazing finish by the brothers at Medina, right from the start they measured up my 5 bed house to get the correct size coverage and then took me through a range of carpets to choose from in their shop. They then kept in contact with my delivery date and fitting date and made sure every was done. New carpet is perfect and the thick underlay really made a difference.
