My experience shows that this is a con. They pretend that they are local to you. Then they get you to input all your details, including medical information. They offer you a telephone appointment and charge you a minimum of £39 for the privilege. During the conversation, the 'doctor' was disinterested, and finally advised that I should contact a private weight loss clinic. I was bemused; isn't that what you are? No, they could not help me, and advised me to google a private clininc??? What a scam!
Complete nonse- they shared my data with a third party who has all access to my records, but not access to Medicspots customer service neither knows the phone number of medicspot. GP did not attend the call on time, no one to talk and reach. Stay away
Absolutely brilliant service, bent over backwards to help me out and my family and delivered and kept in contact. Will use again!
I ordered the recovery letter , on 03 Oct - is over 12hrs still not received .I done live chant no answer and phone no answer!!!! Spam !!!!
Take a look at their negative reviews on Trustpilot. Avoid at all costs. Can't get hold of them on the phone or chat. Refuse a refund even though not dispatched. Shocking company. Wish I could give zero stars.
