Joshua T Swift is a racist claiming to represent your organization. Using homophobic slurs and saying George Floyd was thrown away like the trash he is, I would like your organization to comment on this.
You have an employee being racist saying a video game is the reason why blacks get shot police, saying you don’t have color there. I’m certain the VA doesn’t tolerate racism nowhere. Please fix this

My husband finally agreed to a sleep study, after yrs of stopping breathing at night. He's suffered a stroke and has Aphasia and Apraxia. His concern was not being able to communicate with the technician and I would be a 1/2 hr away. Thank you 'Erin' for taking the time and having the patience to communicate and play the 'Charade' game with him. You made him feel comfortable and safe, and he was able to finish his sleep study. This wife's heart is full of gratitude ♡

every visit has been timely and people are friendly
I have been an outpatient at VAMC Boise since March of 2019. in these 9 months I have had several interactions with them. I found every department exceptional, the people take time to listen and act accordingly, my own outlook with the VAMC has improved 900% after dealing with vamc long beach in California. I want to say thank you Boise VA for your timliness and for the urgency when needed.
