Thanks to their wonderful pharmacy my husband's needed heart meds were not sent as they were supposed to be. Now we have to start over with treatment by an outside provider.... and who has to cover the possible damage done or the expense for their inexcusable behavior??? NOT THE VA!!! Our veterans deserve better care than this!!!

I took my husband there Monday like I was instructed to do that they could help with behavioral health have them triage him and I was supposed to talk to them. They never talked to me and they sent him out a few hours later. They let another soldier down who is struggling with suicidal thoughts. If it wasn’t for others he might of not come home last night when he went to end his life. That’s how much they care about the soldiers the treat.
On 9/25/2020 I went in to receive Emergency Medical treatment from the ER. The VA officers named “Jack Berry” and “R Bahn” attempted to arrest me for “cussing” and “parking in the wrong parking lot” prior to receiving ER care. They harassed me and came into my room multiple times throughout my visit. I was never charged with anything but officer R. Bahn felt the need to show his dominion over me. I have been coming here since 1993. this still the best VA Hospital in the country.
nothing against the Boise VA Medical Center. However there seems to be a racism problem with some of your employees.
this place is clown work. been jacked from combat went to yhe hospital 4/5 times for multiple days and since Oct 2019 still have not meet my primate care doc.
The ER is a joke. If you want to know why so many veterans commit suicide its because of facilities like this one. Its sickening when a person comes in asking for help with a message from the persons psychiatrist saying the person needs to be admitted and the nurse is rude, demeaning, and dismissive. What an absolute disgusting excuse for a "health care" facility.
Do what they say they're going to do and actually make the appointments they promise to make, and stop messing around with my prescriptions!
