This is by far the best hospital I’ve ever worked at in my 41 years of nursing. What superb support the nursing directors provide to their excellent team of highly trained staff. If you want top notch care, choose Medical City McKinney for your every medical need.
RecommendedBeing 32 and having spinal fusion surgery can be scary. But when you have such an amazing team of doctors and nurses on your side it puts you at ease. From the time I checked in I was treated with amazing care. After undergoing my 6 hour surgery they got me directly upstairs to my room where my family and the next round on nurses waited. Most of the staff are rude and their bedside manner is not up to my standards. They down grade other Hospitals and are disrespectful to patient's family members. They also argue with patients about their care or what they're feeling.
Horrible! I have to do all follow up insurance work, because my provider didn't pay right away. Their report dropped my credit score too! Worst customer service I have EVER had in my life, especially when you are in a vulnerable gynecology position!!! Literally!🧐😳🤔

I highly recommend Medical City McKinney. I traveled from Georgia to McKinney to have knee replacement surgery so that I could do after care at my son and daughter in law’s home. Every person I came in contact with, from Admissions to housekeeping, nurses, lab techs, doctors , PT staff were all caring, compassionate people. Thank you Medical City McKinney for making my journey lighter and successful.
