*EDIT* if you have billing issues, please call the quality department. Took 5 minutes & my issue was totally resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, and fighting with the billing department was getting me nowhere. Quality customer service made this painless! Please tell me why no fewer than 4 people reminded us that suture removal after wound repair would not be an additional charge, but we just received a bill for $1,500 for that "no-charge" removal? In what world does this make any sense?
No one likes to be in the hospital, but spending 9 days at Medical City McKinney they did an incredible job making me feel so cared for and welcomed. The nursing staff was top notch!
