My sister was in today for outpatient cardio version. Her nurse, Joel (Philipino) could not have been more wonderful. He was so knowledgeable, a great communicator, funny and kept our sister laughing and light through a stressful procedure. I can't say ENOUGH about this man's compassion, knowledge of the procedure and the kind way he dealt with our family member. Maybe we were lucky to have had this good man. I had a great team of nurses to help me through an extremely hard labor process. Everyone was super sincere and helpful through the recovery as well. I'm glad I chose to deliver my little man here

I wouldn't take my damn dog to that hospital! My family has been to this hospital many times and that includes myself. My 98 yr old grandmother went in for the flu & phenumoia. She was not giving all her medicine while in there & in 7 days she was there she only had 2 bathes & I had to give the first one. The nurses were the worst I have ever seen . Nurse "yelled"at my grandmother for spilling her water because she was trying to move it out of the way for nurse to put down her breakfast tray (which was very cold)..be a cold ... read more
Awesome patient experience for myself and my family.
ALSO WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I CHECKED MYSELF OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL IN FEAR FOR OWN LIFE. I then went to my primary care physician at Baylor Plano. He was able fix in 2 and half hours what couldn't do in 2 and half days. Please don't go there.
The doctors and nurses were great!! Had to have emergency surgery and everyone cared! And the room nurses... Awesome!
