I was at labor and delivery 2+months ago.I had the worst experience at this hospital, nurses did not even cared to check on me or my baby frequently and If i called them they would take long to come in the room. Government program was suppose to send info so I could get my baby’s Medicaid never happened until 2 months later I went up there and even then I was struggling so they could do it. I had three knee surgeries in 13 months, 2 of which were TKR. From check-in to check-out I received awesome care. The nurses always had a smile when coming into my room and were extremely helpful seeing to my needs and comfort. I could not have asked for better care. Even the food was good! I totally appreciate everyone and their efforts in taking excellent care of me, and yes, I definitely recommend MKM for any hospital needed care.
Best hospital ever!! I’m from Sherman Tx and delivered my fourth child here, it’s the best choice We could have made. Everyone from from labor and delivery to the NICU where just amazing always had a smile on their faces and seemed so happy. If I could go back just to hang out with the amazing team of nurses I would. Being in labor is no fun because of the pain but these nurses take it upon themselves to treat you as there own family and make sure your comfortable. Amazing hospital with patient focused staff. Concierge meets you at the front door and is very helpful. Doctors and nurses are top notch along with rest of their staff. I highly recommend this hospital!
The best hospital I have ever been in, in all of my 67 years. I was on the 4th floor for 7 days and every single nurse, tech and employee were beyond exceptional! I was cared for with tenderness, kindness and compassion! I don’t have any idea how one hospital got so lucky as to have all the staff so kind, so well trained and so caring.
