Came in Thursday morning with kidney stones and they were wonderful. Took excellent care of me and I was in surgery by 2PM that same day and back home in my own bed later that evening. I won't go to any other hospital other than McKinney Medical Center. They truly are the best hospital in North Dallas! Great nurses and staff that truly care about their patients.

I was seen on 1/19/2017. The only person who was caring and nice to me was the triage nurse. I was in a MVA and had the police office bring me in the ER. The nurse was upset due to the triage nurse brought me back. Dr was not caring as well. Used to work there. The ER was always and will be the worst place at this hospital.

I may be a little biased because I'm an employee, but I still have to rave about how awesome the ER team was during my visit! I had a scare while working and went down to be checked out, and the team was very attentive, responsive, and treated me with a lot of respect and kindness. It's scary being on the other side as the patient but y'all made me feel very cared for and comfortable with the treatment I received. Thank you MCM ER!

I've never had major surgery before. Honestly, I am terrified of hospitals, needles, etc.. The nursing staff here were courteous, kind, helpful and patient. I knew what to expect at every moment as they were very clear and concise and very respectful for family waiting to hear news of my recovery. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Emergency is quick and efficient. This is my go to emergency room. The staff is pleasant and three diagnosis are dependable. Thank you, medical city Mckinney!
