I was there last year for six days. And this year I had a stroke and my choice is MCM I was treated great. Still in here and should go home tue. Give it 5 star. Recommend this hospital over the others in the area.
The staff at Medical City McKinney were awesome. My surgeon, Dr. Brent Morgan, and surgical team were phenomenal. I was given the VIP suite with a beautiful view of each day's sunrise and evening's sunset. Stella, Beatriz, O, Chris, and Jess were part of my PCU team just to name a few. This was my first surgery, and I'm so thankful that I finally did it. I've had chronic back pain for over a year which came with severe sciatica and three bulging discs. Thank God all that pain is gone! Thank you Medical City McKinney! 💕
From the moment we were transferred into MCM the care and compassion was amazing. The entire staff was great. I never caught his name but a THANK YOU to the nutritionist that noticed my dad was sending full plates back. He took the time to sit down and go over options to try and get him to eat. It helped and showed you truely cared. Huge thanks to Dr Morgan, Jennifer NP, the trauma staff, & PT staff. Special thank you to Nurse Julius..you love your job and it shows. I'm not happy at all I'm still in pain and the medication y'all gave me is not working it work for a little bit . Y'all must want this cyst to rupture that's on my ovary ! Y'all should of admit me but y'all did not . Y'all will never see me again ever !
