My best friend received excellent service at the Emergency Room. I was pleased she had very caring, compassionate and kind people taking care of her. I could not have been more impressed with the doctor's bedside manner and empathy. He was like willing to do anything within his means to cater to his patients needs.
I was treated very well by the ER staff and the nurses, CNA and food services staff once admitted. I had a great nurse named Julia who was my night shift nurse who took the time and energy to talk to me, understand how I was feeling and treat me appropriately. She was awesome. My day nurses were great too but Julia stood out to me. I've been in healthcare a long time and this is the only hospital I have been treated like a human at including my own hospital's so I go out of my way to come here and will continue to.
My father and I were involved in a car accident. Thankfully everyone was ok. The ER staff was wonderful, but the "legal" side of things is incredibly slow for something open and shut. Due to their inability to review a case that literally required a urine sample only...several issues are now evolving that I can't stop. I've called and called and all I get told is ,"Sorry, we can't let you speak to those people and we can't answer what kind of time frame you are looking at." My husband has been in this hospital for a week and a half, and we could not have asked for better care. From the physicians clear down to housekeeping, are excellent and about the friendliest we have ever encountered. I highly recommend this hospital.
Very friendly and courteous in the ER!! From the doctors, nurses, tech's, everyone was so courteous so nice and so thorough and quick in and quick out it was a very good visit.
