I was admitted Tuesday morning for a heart Cath. The heart Cath Lab Nursing was awesome couldn't ask for better team. Then I was admitted to 3 Floor I had an 2 Amazing Nurses Ben and Davin and great CNAs Jessica was awesome. They were very Caring and very Kind if I ever have to go back again (which I hope not for Heart Cath ) I hope I have the same Nurses staff. Thank you Medical City of McKinney for the great care you gave me.
They always treat me with Respect and kindness. Whether you have insurance or not.
Third floor PCU gets 5 stars for the care they provided my husband. The staff was professional, thorough, friendly and although they were busy, they took care of our needs as though we were the only patient on the floor.
I was there this past week for a heart procedure. The ER staff is wonderful. Stayed all week and the nurses and staff are the best. The problem I have is with the administrators. Somebody from finance called me while I was still in recovery. On the day I went home, received a call from the finance department wanting payment, and could I give them a credit card number. I have not even received an itemized bill yet. I expect better service from a Medical City Facility.
My mom had a heart attack and the Trama team was waiting for her when she arrived! ! I have been there many other times before and be there for hours before you would get taking care of. But never have i saw such Awesome service!! They were on top of it. Thank you Trama team for your services! ! Keep improving and getting better..
Extremely fast and caring. I never felt like I was forgotten about. Great experience given the circumstances.
