Great hospital caring professional staff wonderful Doctors. Top marks for cleanliness.
Went in with a kidney and bladder infection, they gave me a shot of toradol and antibiotics, after 3 hours they proceeded to tell me my results came back and repeated back to me word for word what I had told them then said as they were unhooking my iv they were giving me a shot of morphine in which I said no YOU'RE not. Long story short, I arrived in pain knowing what that pain was and left after almost 4 hours in the same pain and a Rx for antibiotics and Tylenol 3 and a HUGE bill for my wasted time. Thanks for nothing MCK.

Not enough staff to be a trauma center. There are other patients in your ER. You can't have the entire staff gone from other patients. My husband was in severe pain and still no pain meds after 2 hours. Worse decision ever made to go there.
My baby was born early.. the nurses with me were amazing, but the NICU nurses were extraordinarily fantastic!!! Thank you everyone for caring for me and my baby while we was there!
