Be prepared to be scammed by their billing department. They will charge you for things they NEVER performed, and then mark it up 10x the market value. And when you dispute those charges, following the exact process they give you, they will still screw you for THEIR mistakes by deciding to send those disputed charges to a collections agency. The staff here are incredible. They took excellent care of me and a few went over and beyond their normal duties. This has been the best hospital experience I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Muncy for the excellent work on my left knee replacement. I'll be back b to have the right one done before the end of the year. I would recommend this hospital with no reservations.
