YOU SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR THE FINE DEDICATION YOU HAVE SHOWN. DURING THESE HARD TIMES IT MUST BE DIFFICULT TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. Atrocious! On 10/26/2000 I came to ER with minor cut on my face. They put two stitches, doctor insisted on CT scan which showed nothing wrong and they said I can go home. I have the Kaiser Advantage insurance which includes Medicare. I am 75 years old. My plan has $50.00 co-pay for ER. Nobody asked me to pay at the exit. On 11/29/2020 I received bill from Los Robles hospital for $5000.00. I called Kaiser agent who contacted Los Robles accounting and agent said the problem fixed. my mom has been there 24 hours with head trauma and the icu nurse was rude to me today when i called to check om her condition even though the dr told me to call anytime with concerns or questions
Give them a 1 I was discharged while in pain from an ileus that developed after surgery. While I was admitted, there was no education or treatment while pain was occurring and after discharge this resulted in my PCP advising me to return to the ER for relief.
Worst experience ever Not only once but twice. First time after cardiac surgery. CCU almost put me in cardiac arrest. Once they sent me to a room. All communication stopped. Never saw a doctor while in my room. Gave me antibiotics on discharge and never told me what it was for. Misdiagnosed me. On and on.

RecommendedMost amazing staff ever!! I have severe health anxiety and would recommend this hospital to any and everybody! Made me feel very safe super thorough and made me feel like family. I currently live in Saint Augustine and would make the 45 minute drive to this emergency facility for myself and my children. Cannot give this place enough stars!!!!
Absolutely horrible service for my father, an elderly heart attack patient. I can’t wait until he gets out of that place. Disgusting level of service.
