The entire staff from nursing to house keeping to janitorial staff are amazing. Its obvious that each of these people care deeply for their patients. friendly caring and compassion was displayed by all! Her nurses Juan, Sarah are the epitome of pride and professionalism. But every one we encounter, the kitchen staff was terrific and the food delicious! I've never visited a more professional medical center.

I had removed this after but now I feel that it needs to be seen. A doctor who argues with a patient and tells them their other doctor is wrong and what you have done is going to hurt your body should be reprimanded. And dealing with them after has been almost as much of a nightmare than the actual visit. I never write reviews for anything but I had such an amazing experience here that I have to share it. I delivered my baby boy August 6th and all my nurses were amazing specially Christina in Labor and Delivery she was my nurse over night and I was sad every time her shift ended I loved her! She’s one of the nurses that you can just tell she loves what she does, very attentive, super nice, she went out of her way to make sure I was good and comfy!!!

I went in with a lot of pain and they got me in and immediately went to work and found out I had issues with my gall bladder. I went in for surgery to get the gall stones and gall bladder removed and it was successful. But what I don’t appreciate is the staff that brings in food came and stole my Apple Watch when I was in the bathroom. I can’t prove she did it because there’s no cameras in the room but when I got out it wasn’t there. Everyone else was wonderful I just hate I got robbed while being down. Medical City Las Colinas is a very good facility for all the different types of Doctors they have there. Also a very good hospital for an outpatient surgery!! Highly recommend

Immediately apon walking in I was greeted with a smile and immediately helped by the guest concierge. Super polite and got me where i needed to go to get my xray done.

My boyfriend went to the ER for stitches and the doc tell him to wash his hands and then begin to so true him up. No sterile feel no better than nothing. There are only two others in the ER at the time and we waited for 4 hours four four stitches and he ordered an x-ray for a finger cut.
