If you have a child that needs medical help, this is not the hospital. Dr. Ham in the ER was absolute garbage. He was very cocky and sure of himself. after giving my 10 year old daughter 2 enemas and sticking their finger in her butt to dig out poop, Dr. Ham is like "Ok, we're sending her home and all she needs to do is drink this stuff that is guaranteed to work." Well Dr. Ham, it didn't work and my daughter was in Medical City Childrens for 5 days. Like I said and the dr's at Children's, she should have never been allowed ... read more
I had been there bleeding at their Er for more than 3 Hours, Yes bleeding after ear surgery and They saw it and they just didn't care enough to take it seriously, I had to serve myself at their restroom and change the cotton many times. => Message for their customer service: I don't need you to respond to this review saying Thank you .... will work on that and make it better. .... But I need more than that coz I feel it was horrible service Because the I paid your bills faster than how long it takes you to serve me.

Great place that cares deeply for everyone! They take you by the hand (figuratively speaking) and lead you around the hospital so you don't get lost coming in or going out. I can not say enough about these compassionate medical personnel.
Worst ER ever never in my life was I treated the way they did they don’t care about there patient if you in pain
