The lady at the entrance checking in is the sweetest, techs are fantastic!!! Hospital cleanliness is just impeccable. This hospital looks like a Hotel good quality! Amazing service! Highly recommended!!!! Great job! Great staff! Great service!!! WoW!
Had a very bad experience with my nurse on my delivery time. She is very very rude. Can’t explain her behaviour . Very disappointed.She is commenting all the time to me and my husband while I was in pain.

RecommendedMy husband and I had our son at Medical City Las Colinas on 7/29/19. Our son had a few minor issues at birth and had to spend 8 days in NICU. The NICU nurses are amazing! They are so caring and understanding and extremely friendly. It’s actually going to be a little weird not seeing the NICU nurses everyday! With that being said we had a onesie made for our son that he wore his last day in NICU

RecommendedI just had a two day staycation at Medical City Las Colinas, due to a broken leg. Of all my hospital experiences, this was by far the best. Mainly because of the staff that I encountered, you all rocked and made something horrible a little less terrible. shout out to Ty #notworthit , David, Mary, Veronica, and of course the Ashley trifecta, both you ladies are great! and of course thank you to the others who's names I dont remember but still were incredibly kind!
