The staff was very friendly and concern for health...just could have been a little cleaner but my experience was great
I had day surgery on my knee yesterday. Everyone was very supportive, helpful, professional and encouraging. I really like all the help and professionalism I received from Ashley in Medical Surgical. She is definitely an asset to your hospital. Dr. Teeter is also very top notch surgeon. Thanks again for the great experience and I will highly recommend your hospital to everyone.
I told the nurse that I had lupus nephritis and they offer you ADVIL.....that's when you know this is not the hospital for you. She touched my neck. Said nothing seems to be wrong, then I go to Baylor and here comes the swab tests and a listening ear and BOOM. Streptococcus and pharyngitis. Smh. Reminds me of the liberty mutual commercial
