I delivered my son on July 19th at Medical City Las Colinas and from the moment we walked in until we left we were treated as a priority with the utmost kindness and respect from everyone who entered our room. I was so impressed by how loving and kind every nurse, housekeeper, and all the staff were. When delivering a baby you are in a very vulnerable and in a humbling state. My daughter just had her baby. Every bit of her experience so far has been wonderful, from the doctors and nurses to the cafeteria staff. The Security for baby is OUTSTANDING. A HUGE thank you to everyone for taking such good care of my baby and Grand baby!!

Well we are sitting in the ER with my mother and its been 2 1/2 hours since weve seen anyone. Went out to the desk and none of the nurses have seemed to give a damn what i wanted. Which was a drink of water! They have zero respect for patients at this hospital in the ER. I understand how an ER works and it goes by the emergency case by case. But to be here over 6 hpurs and they have taken blood and a chest xray! I am a very patient person but this olace had pushed me to a limit. This is ridiculous!

My visit at Medical City Las Colinas on July the 6th was spectacular i was nervous going in because of my surgery but my doctor and the nurses and anesthesiologist in the outpatient area reassured me that everything would be ok and they were right i slept right through my procedure and we i finally woke uo i was in recovery awaiting my room.....Once upstairs and in my room i received the best care ever my nurses were great they took very good care of me made sure i was alright and everything....my day nurse was the best of t... read more

I could not have asked for a better birthing experience. Every nurse was so supportive during the process. I labored how I wanted to, and they were sensitive to that. They were so sweet and you just knew they genuinely love their job. When it came time for me to push, the nurse (Katie) exhausted every idea to help me push my baby out. She worked so hard, tugging and pulling and lifting me to help push. She was so nurturing and uplifting during that time.
