The care provided here is excellent! There aren't many hospitals that I would trust my loves ones to, but this one and its top-notch! The staff is very attentive, hospitable and caring. I appreciate all they've done!
Worse 5 days of my life I sat waiting on an expelled iv to be completely removed and replaced well over 30 mins. There are pictures on my page. A nurse told me wasn't a shower on the cdu floor but I had just used the shower the day prior. Then at discharge it was an entire circus to get a dr. excuse... I'd rather die trying to get to a Baylor location than to ever ever ever come back here.
Excellent facility with professional staff who are extremely courteous and kind. My husband received wonderful care and good reports!
Dr. Kirkland is one of the finest ENT physician that Dallas has. My hearing tests revealed I had lost more understanding of what is spoken but he attributes that to my recent surgery and the infection - PSEUDOMONAS - that Presbyterian infected into my breast during surgery.
Very pleasant experience with dr golder Wilson. He was great with me 11m old we were there to see if he had EDS. the hospital decoration had my son smiling the whole time which made for a great experience !

It was a little rocky to start. I like no love the fact that Doctors and staff listen to what I had to say in regards to my Mother and her situation from the ER to the floor she was on Josh and Beena were attentive in the ER, then on the floor Ina, Nelson, Den, Quoc, Reuven, Amanda, new tech Christina (New hire) and Pam were all great and all showed compassion and showed they loved their career choice and what they do to help others! after you get passed the ER-(rude ppl) it is wonderful! I want to thank you guys so much for taking care of my mother-in-law! Thank you for making her feel like she was your ONLY patient! Natalie you are an angel!
