Staff was great the we're great when it came to accommodating our family. .

We have been here for 3 days and suffered through incredible levels of noise for construction while in the children's tower. It started at 7:30 am and at 8:48 pm is still going. How does anyone get sleep or get well?
Don't go to the ER because you might die! The staff is cynical, sarcastic, down right rude and lack the empathy required to be considered medical professionals. They were more concerned with my mother's eye infection than her liver failing. Then because her insurance declined due to her disability status they attempted to send her to Parkland.
