Is good but not all the times it depends who is working that day on this visit we have good experience every one was good.
Just had a hip replacement at Medical City' joint replacement center. Surgery was by Dr. Charles Rutherford. He, his staff, and the hospital staff were excellent. I walked the day of my surgery and spent only one night in the hospital. Excellent in every respect.
We are super impressed with the care and staff at Memorial Medical Center. Beautiful facilities, competent, pleasant, friendly, accessible, approachable, helpful professional, paraprofessional and all levels of ancillary staff.

I loved my visit at medical city. I know I am in good hands on my surgery date. Great and professional employees. They were all friendly and informative throughout my pre-admission visit. Julian the admission staff member was great he was friendly and answered all my questions that I had. The lady that was in the front don't know her name was very friendly and was telling my she was very sorry for me having to wait for my blood work orders which was not nor medical city fault. Hospital doctor was thorough, nursing was professional, therapists were kind and encouraging, social worker was well informed, interested and courteous, staff was well prepared and helpful.
